Sunweb hospitality winter crew

SDP, the accommodation subdivision of the Sunweb Group Tour Operator, is looking for new members to join its dynamic and cosmopolitan team for one of its residences and hotels.

SDP currently owns 11 tourist residences and hotels located in ski resorts.

–       Residences are composed of self-catering apartments for individual guests and student groups.

–          Hotels are smaller accommodations offering hotel rooms, bar and restaurant for individual guests.

We are looking for a flexible staff working as a team to reach one target: give to our customers a great holiday experience and make them feel at home during their stay!

What are we looking for?


–          Managers

–          Cooks

–          Maintenance staff – Handymen/women

–          Polyvalent agent (waiter, bar tender, cleaner, help cook, dishwasher


–          Receptionists & cleaners

–          Maintenance staff – Handymen/women

How does a week look like?

You will work 40 hours a week, 6 days a week. Your supervisor/manager will make a schedule every week. The work to be performed can change every week according to the team and guests needs. You will have one day off a week.

Do I fit the profile?

  • Ideally coming from a tourism/hospitality background, you are dynamic and well-organized.
  • Your rigor and customer relations skills are recognized as your main strengths.
  • You’re a team player, flexible and open-minded
  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are fluent in English and preferably French and Dutch

Availability and duration of the season

You are available from the beginning of November until the end of May.

Do I need a special education for this job?

It is not necessary to have a diploma in tourism. We are looking for experienced staff members that are enthusiastic, motivated and flexible. We want to organize a cheerful and friendly team with one goal: make the guests happy.
